Questions
Before you book.
- No. It is a clean 3D model of the layout, measured on site, with your listing photos on every room. If a listing needs photo-real 360° panoramas, that is a different product.
- They come from an on-site scan and are typically within a few inches. The tour says sizes are approximate, so don’t use them in place of an appraisal for square footage.
- Yes. You get an unbranded link for the virtual tour field, with no agent, brokerage or photographer names in it, and a branded link for your own marketing.
- Twelve months, included. If the house comes back on the market, it can be refreshed.
- No. It shows the layout, built-ins like counters and tubs, and your photos. Nothing is added that isn’t in the house.
- Yes. Buyers turn the house with a finger, tap rooms and walk through, with nothing to install.
