Terms of Service
Last updated October 29, 2026
The short version: book online, pay the listed price, move or cancel yourself up to 48 hours before, and cancelling gives you account credit. The details are below, in plain English.
Who we are
DN Pixels is a one-photographer business making lifestyle photos for realtors’ listings. We serve Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas.
“We” and “us” means DN Pixels. “You” means the person using this site or booking a shoot. You can reach us any time through our contact form.
By creating an account, booking a shoot or joining Monthly Partner, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to do any of those.
Your account
You sign in with Google, or with your email address and a one-time code we email you. (If you choose to set a password on your sign-in account, you can use that instead.) Sign-in is run by Clerk, our sign-in provider. You then stay signed in on that device for up to 30 days.
Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your inbox secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Please keep your name, phone and brokerage up to date. We may pause or close an account that’s misused.
Booking and paying
You book online: pick a package, a time and the listing, then pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- What you pay. The price is the one on the pricing page for that home size or plan, plus travel outside the free radius, plus any add-on you choose. A listed price does not change for a shoot you have already booked.
- Unfinished bookings. If you start a booking but don’t pay, the time is held for a short while and then released for others.
- Prices. The price shown when you book is the price you pay. Later price changes don’t affect a shoot you’ve already booked.
- Discounts. Any discount is at DN Pixels’ discretion. It applies only to what you pay, can be changed or ended for future bookings, and has no cash value.
Team shoots (Split the Shoot)
You can bring other agents to a shoot and split the cost. The more agents, the lower each share.
- Each agent pays their own share in full, through their own link.
- The shoot is confirmed once every share is in.
- If the shares aren't all paid within 48 hours, the hold is released and the shoot doesn't go ahead. Anyone who paid is refunded to their card. (Anything paid with account credit goes back as account credit.)
- Each agent can see the time and package. The address is shown to an agent once they've paid.
Moving or cancelling a shoot
You can change your shoot yourself, online, from your account. Only the agent who booked it can move or cancel it.
Moving. Move to any open time for free, up to 48 hours before the shoot. You can move a shoot at most twice. After that, or inside 48 hours, it can’t be moved online.
Cancelling. If you booked the shoot, cancelling gives you account credit, not a refund to your card:
- 48 hours or more before the shoot: everything you paid becomes account credit.
- Less than 48 hours before: the amount that held the date is kept (or less, if you paid less), and the rest of what you paid becomes account credit.
- If you cancel a team shoot, the other agents are refunded in full to their cards. It wasn't their call, so they lose nothing. (Anything they paid with account credit goes back as account credit.)
- Monthly Partner session time comes back to you if you cancel 48 hours or more before. Inside 48 hours, the time is used.
Account credit is used automatically on your next payment to DN Pixels. It doesn’t expire. It has no cash value and can’t be transferred to someone else.
If we need to move or cancel
Sometimes we have to change plans: bad weather, illness, or something else outside your control.
Moving. If we need to move your shoot, we’ll offer you new times. Picking one is free and doesn’t count against your two moves. If none of them work for you, or you don’t answer within 48 hours, the shoot is cancelled and everyone is refunded in full, exactly as if we had cancelled (below).
Cancelling. If DN Pixels cancels, everyone on the shoot is refunded in full to their card. Partner hours are returned, and anything paid with account credit comes back as credit. We’ll help you find a new time.
If a payment arrives after a hold has already been released, we refund it to the card too. And if you’re ever charged twice for the same thing, the extra is refunded automatically.
Monthly Partner
Monthly plans are Quick, Standard, Signature, and Team. A yearly plan is 2 months free. This section covers monthly plans only. One-off shoot prices are on the pricing page.
- Team: 3 shoots a month, homes up to 3,000 sq ft. $399 a month or $3,990 a year.
- Signature: 1 Signature shoot a month. $179 a month or $1,790 a year.
- Standard: 1 Standard shoot a month. $149 a month or $1,490 a year.
- Quick: 1 Quick shoot a month. $119 a month or $1,190 a year.
- Monthly plan shoots have the same on-site cap as their size. Team shoots: up to 1 hour on site per shoot. Any additional 30 minutes for any of the packages will be $50.
- An unused shoot rolls over one month.
- Extra shoots cost the single-shoot price for the home's size.
- Travel is straight-line miles from Rowlett, TX to the listing's ZIP code. Free within 25 miles, $25 flat from 25 to 50 miles, and $1 a mile past 50.
- Extra 30 minutes is $50. 30 more minutes on site, any package.
- Rush is $49. Faster delivery.
- Listing website is $49. One listing website.
- Virtual staging is $15 per photo. Per photo.
- Agent headshot is $75. One agent headshot.
- Floor plan is $49. 2D floor plan with room sizes.
- 3D walkthrough is $99. Every room in 3D with its listing photo, branded and MLS links, floor plan included.
- Sold reel is $49. One sold reel.
- Free Just Listed social pack, 3 Instagram graphics, with every shoot.
- Refer an agent and you both get $25 credit after their first paid shoot. There is no cap.
- Cancel a monthly plan anytime before the next billing date, from Billing in your account. A plan that started before this list keeps the price you already pay.
- 24–48 hour delivery on every tier.
After you cancel. Session time you’ve already earned stays yours until it lapses (each session lasts two months). Unused time isn’t refunded. To change sizes, cancel before the next billing date and join the other plan.
Partner sessions have no cash value. We may pause new sign-ups for any account.
Failed payments
If the automatic balance charge to your saved card fails, we’ll email you a link to pay it another way. The shoot still goes ahead as booked, and we’ll send you reminders until it’s paid.
Your photos are delivered once everything owed for the shoot is paid.
If a Monthly Partner payment fails, your plan is marked past due and we’ll email you. Stripe may retry the charge. Please update your card under Billing. A new session is added only for a month that is paid.
Delivery
Your edited photos, and any video you add on, are delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot through 12IMG, DN Pixels’ gallery service. 12IMG is a separate company owned by the same owner as DN Pixels. We’ll email you when they’re ready.
The gallery goes to the agent who booked and to every agent who has paid their share. It’s delivered once everything owed for the shoot is paid. This site keeps the link to your gallery, not the photos themselves.
We choose and edit the photos in our own style. If something isn’t right, ask for edits within 7 days of delivery and we’ll look at it with you.
Please download your files. We can’t promise galleries stay online forever.
On the shoot day
As the realtor, you’re responsible for:
- Access. The property is open, ready and staged when we arrive.
- Permission. The homeowner or seller has agreed to the shoot and to the photos and any video being used to market the home.
- People. Anyone who appears in the photos or any video (models, family, other agents) has agreed to it. A parent or guardian agrees for any child.
- Telling us about anything we should know, like pets, alarms, or areas that are off-limits.
Safety. We may pause or end a shoot if it isn’t safe, or if anyone on site is abusive.
Weather. Lifestyle shoots often use outdoor light. If the weather makes a good shoot impossible, we’ll talk with you first. If we cancel, the “If we cancel” section applies.
Running late. If we can’t get into the property, or the shoot starts late on your side, the shoot still ends at its booked time.
Who owns the photos
DN Pixels keeps the copyright in every photo and video we make.
Once a shoot is paid, the realtor who booked it, and every agent who paid a share of a team shoot, may use the photos and any video to:
- Market that listing: MLS, listing sites, your website, social media, print, signs and email.
- Market yourself, including after the home sells.
Also:
- Your brokerage may use them to market that listing and you.
- The MLS gets the licence it requires for the property to be listed.
- The sellers may keep copies for their own personal, non-commercial use.
Otherwise the licence is personal to you. You can’t sell the photos or video, or hand them to anyone else (for example builders, developers, other agents or other brokerages), without our written permission. Ask us: we’re usually happy to arrange it.
Light cropping is fine. Please don’t edit the photos in a way that misrepresents the home.
Our portfolio
We may show the photos and videos in our portfolio, on this site and on our social media. We never publish a street address with them.
If you’d rather a shoot isn’t shown, use our contact form and we’ll leave it out (and take down anything already posted).
Limits on our liability
We take care with every shoot. But if something goes wrong, our total liability for a shoot is limited to the amount paid for that shoot.
We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as a lost sale, a lost commission or a delayed listing. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
You agree to cover us for claims that come from things you’re responsible for under these terms, such as missing permission from a homeowner or a person in the photos.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Dallas County, Texas. Before going that far, please email us: most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we’ll email account holders before it takes effect. A shoot you’ve already booked follows the terms in place when you booked it.
