Privacy Policy

Only what we need to book, shoot, deliver and get paid:

• Your account: email address, name, phone number, brokerage and, if you add one, a headshot.
• Your shoots: property addresses, shoot notes (for example who’ll be in the photos), the time and package, the email addresses of agents you invite or save to your team, and the link to your delivered gallery.
• Payments: what you paid, when, and for which shoot, plus account credit and Partner hours. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and handled by Stripe. DN Pixels never sees or stores your full card number.
• Messages: the emails we send you (sign-in links, confirmations, receipts, reminders) and anything you email us.
• Deals list: if you ask for discount codes, the email and name you type. We store them and don’t email that list yet.
• Technical: your IP address, briefly, to limit repeated sign-in attempts; and a referral code if you arrive through another realtor’s link.

• To sign you in and run your account.
• To book, move and cancel shoots, and to turn up at the right address.
• To take payments, charge balances when they're due, and give credit or refunds.
• To deliver your photos (through 12IMG, below).
• To email you about your shoots and account. We don't send marketing newsletters from this site.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which public pages people visit.
• To meet legal and tax duties.

A few companies process data for us, only to provide their service:

• Stripe: card payments, saved cards, the Monthly Partner subscription and the billing portal.
• Clerk: signing you in (with Google or a one-time email code). It holds your sign-in email and, if you set one, a password; we never see it.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Cloudflare: hosting this site, our database and file storage (headshots and site images).
• 12IMG: DN Pixels’ gallery service, which hosts and delivers your finished photos and any video you add on. It’s a separate company owned by the same owner as DN Pixels, and handles delivered photos for us. This site keeps only the gallery link, not the photos.
• Google Analytics: visit statistics on our public pages only (not your account pages). Ad personalisation is turned off.

Each has its own privacy policy. Their servers may be outside Texas, mostly in the United States.

One sign-in cookie. When you sign in we set a single cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It’s needed for your account to work, and signing out removes it.

Analytics cookies on public pages. Google Analytics sets cookies on our public pages to count visits. You can block them in your browser settings, or with Google’s opt-out add-on, and the site still works.

We don’t use advertising cookies.

On a team shoot, other agents see only what they need: the time, the package, and the property address once they’ve paid their share. They don’t see your payment details.

We never sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We only share it beyond the companies above if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or if the business is ever transferred (and then under this policy).

We keep your account while it’s open. Booking and payment records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting, usually several years.

Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 30 days. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise what we don’t need to keep by law.

• Everything travels over HTTPS.
• We never see or store a password: sign-in runs through Clerk, and we keep only scrambled (hashed) versions of session tokens.
• Card details stay with Stripe.
• Gallery links are shown only to the agent who booked and the agents who paid for that shoot.
• Admin access is limited to DN Pixels.

You can update your name, phone, brokerage and headshot in your account at any time.

To see a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete your account and data, use our contact form. We’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm it’s you first.

We’re a small Texas business serving Dallas–Fort Worth, and this policy is written for people in the United States.

This site is for adults. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. A child may appear in a shoot only with a parent’s or guardian’s agreement, arranged by the realtor.

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we’ll email account holders.
